- Never disclose your password, 2FA codes, or account access to any third party
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on any other platform
- Enable two-factor authentication, which is required for all logins and withdrawals on Vigtec

- Trading decisions are made by AI algorithms that process over 50,000 market signals per second
- The trading system's past performance neither guarantees nor implies future results
- Every investment carries inherent risk, and the value of your account may rise or fall
- Vigtec does not offer personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- You alone are responsible for assessing whether the platform suits your financial situation and risk tolerance
- The platform may be temporarily unavailable owing to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control

The minimum initial deposit needed to activate automated trading features on Vigtec is $250 USD or the equivalent in your local currency. Deposits under this threshold will not activate trading functionality.

- Creating multiple accounts in order to circumvent platform policies or limits
- Engaging in any activity that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Violating any prohibited activity may lead to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds where legally permitted, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Duševní vlastnictví
All content, materials, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available on or through the Vigtec platform belong exclusively to Vigtec or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended personal investment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.

Trading financial instruments, including through automated systems, carries significant risk. Before using Vigtec, you must fully understand and accept the following:

10. Odškodnění
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vigtec and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:

- Your breach of any applicable law or regulation

Once terminated, your right to access the platform ends immediately. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our internal procedures.
12. Rozhodné právo a řešení sporů
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
You agree to waive any right to take part in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Vigtec.

Vigtec may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or aspect of the platform at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to give users advance notice of significant changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular feature or service.
14. Celá smlouva
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines published on the platform, make up the entire agreement between you and Vigtec regarding your use of the platform, and they supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
