Terms of Use - Vigtec

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Vigtec ("we", "our", "us", or "the platform"). When you register an account, access, or use any portion of the Vigtec platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be fully bound by them. Should you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Vigtec may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after any such change, you accept the revised Terms.

Enable two-factor authentication, which is required for all logins and withdrawals on Vigtec

Vigtec will never request your password by email, phone, or any other communication channel. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it immediately.

Trading decisions are made by AI algorithms that process over 50,000 market signals per second
The trading system's past performance neither guarantees nor implies future results
Every investment carries inherent risk, and the value of your account may rise or fall
Vigtec does not offer personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
You alone are responsible for assessing whether the platform suits your financial situation and risk tolerance
The platform may be temporarily unavailable owing to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control

4. Stortingen, opnames en kosten

4.1 Minimale storting

The minimum initial deposit needed to activate automated trading features on Vigtec is $250 USD or the equivalent in your local currency. Deposits under this threshold will not activate trading functionality.

Violating any prohibited activity may lead to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds where legally permitted, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectueel eigendom

All content, materials, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available on or through the Vigtec platform belong exclusively to Vigtec or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended personal investment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.

8. Risicobekendmaking

Trading financial instruments, including through automated systems, carries significant risk. Before using Vigtec, you must fully understand and accept the following:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vigtec and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to take part in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Vigtec.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines published on the platform, make up the entire agreement between you and Vigtec regarding your use of the platform, and they supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
