- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary source code, algorithms, or trading logic from the platform
- Intercepting or monitoring platform communications without authorization
- Injecting unauthorized code, SQL injections, or cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks into platform interfaces
2.3 Identity and Impersonation Abuse
- Providing forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identity documents during the KYC verification process
- Using another person's identity, credentials, or payment methods without their explicit consent
- Impersonating Vigtec staff, support agents, compliance officers, or any other platform representative
- Creating fake profiles or identities to manipulate platform systems, referral programs, or other users
- Misrepresenting your professional status, investment experience, or eligibility to use the platform
2.4 Communication and Behavioral Abuse
- Sending threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory messages to Vigtec staff or other users
- Using offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language in any communication channel connected with the platform
- Running deliberate misinformation campaigns intended to damage the reputation of Vigtec or mislead other users

- Publicly sharing false or misleading claims about Vigtec' services, performance, or business practices
- Coordinating with others to manipulate reviews, ratings, or public perception of the platform in a dishonest manner
2.5 Regulatory and Legal Violations

- Engaging in market manipulation, insider trading, or any activity that breaches applicable financial regulations
- Facilitating transactions on behalf of sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries as defined by OFAC, EU, UN, or other regulatory bodies
- Using the platform to evade taxes, conceal assets, or circumvent financial reporting obligations
- Breaching any applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), or know-your-customer (KYC) regulations
2.6 Platform Integrity Abuse
- Attempting to manipulate trading outcomes, account balances, or performance metrics through unauthorized means
- Interfering with the operation of the AI trading engine or its underlying data feeds
- Sharing, selling, or distributing access to your Vigtec account to unauthorized third parties
- Using the platform for purposes other than its intended role as an automated investment tool
- Circumventing withdrawal limits, deposit restrictions, or other platform controls through technical or procedural manipulation
3. Responsible Disclosure of Security Vulnerabilities
Vigtec takes platform security extremely seriously. If you discover a potential security vulnerability, bug, or weakness in our systems, we strongly encourage you to report it to us responsibly instead of exploiting it.

- Preliminary review: our compliance team carries out an initial assessment to gauge the severity and credibility of the reported issue
- Evidence collection: relevant account data, transaction logs, communication records, and technical information are gathered and analyzed
- Escalation: cases involving potential criminal activity, regulatory violations, or significant financial harm are escalated to senior compliance officers and, where required, to relevant authorities
- Resolution: appropriate enforcement action is taken based on the findings of the investigation

6. Enforcement Actions
The severity of the enforcement action taken by Vigtec will be proportionate to the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation. Possible enforcement actions include, but are not limited to:
- Formal warning: issued for minor or first-time violations with clear guidance on the corrective action required
- Temporary account restriction: limited access to specific platform features pending investigation or corrective action
- Account suspension: temporary suspension of all account activity during active investigations
- Permanent account termination: irreversible closure of the account for serious, repeated, or malicious violations
- Fund freezing: temporary or permanent hold on account funds where required by legal, regulatory, or investigative obligations
- Legal referral: reporting of confirmed criminal activity to relevant law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, or other competent authorities
- Civil action: pursuit of civil legal remedies for damages caused by abusive conduct, including recovery of costs and losses
Vigtec reserves the right to apply any combination of the above actions at the same time and without prior notice where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, its users, or the integrity of ongoing investigations.
7. Appeals Process
Users who believe enforcement action has been taken against their account in error may submit a formal appeal. To start an appeal:

8. Zero Tolerance Cases
Certain categories of abuse are subject to an absolute zero-tolerance policy at Vigtec. In these cases, no warning will be given and no appeal will be considered. Zero-tolerance violations include:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity linked to organized crime
- Deliberate exploitation of security vulnerabilities for financial gain or to cause harm
- Submission of fraudulent identity documents or impersonation of another person
- Threats of violence, extortion, or blackmail aimed at Vigtec staff or other users
- Coordinated attacks on platform infrastructure intended to cause significant disruption or financial damage
- Any activity that puts the safety or security of other users at immediate risk
In all zero-tolerance cases, Vigtec will immediately terminate the account, freeze associated funds pending legal review, and report all relevant information to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
9. Platform Monitoring
Vigtec uses continuous automated and manual monitoring systems to detect abusive behavior, suspicious activity, and potential policy violations. These systems include:
- Real-time transaction monitoring for unusual patterns or anomalies
- Behavioral analytics to spot account activity inconsistent with normal usage
- IP tracking and device fingerprinting to detect multiple account abuse
- Communication filtering to identify threatening or abusive language in support interactions

By using the Vigtec platform, you consent to this monitoring as a necessary measure to preserve platform security, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of the trading environment for all users.
10. Amendments to This Policy
Vigtec may amend, update, or replace this Abuse Policy at any time to reflect changes in platform operations, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, or emerging threats. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after the publication of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
